As of August 20, 2009 I have added a booking calendar to the website, you can access it by mousing over the booking tab and clicking on Booking Calendar. Existing clients please do not reschedule your appointment here.

Individuals who are interested in retaining my services as your personal coach and would like to try a free complimentary 30 minute coaching sample session, fill in the required information on the form and click at lease two days on the calendar that you will be available for the free session, any additional information for example (a time for me to call you to confirm the session) enter it in the details and click on the reserve button.
